Becoming the Woman I Needed

a Journey of Awakening, Love, and Transformation

This woman.
I love her so much.

Today closes a 16 year astrological cycle that set off a spiritual awakening in my life that changed everything.

This woman was scared of the calling she felt. She ignored it for a long time but it was SO LOUD it could not be ignored.

This woman was me.

I followed each thread that called me to the best of my ability. It didn’t make any sense on paper, I didn’t understand it, I didn’t always think of the repercussions. I entered a playground of discovering who I truly was and it was messy.

The woman in this photo had a great life, one that she created and truly loved and cherished. Yet — the calling. She wanted to feel herself, to feel sexy and powerful in new ways. She wanted to know herself and what she was capable of. She wanted fulfillment. To play and see what was inside this being, what was possible.

What started as a journey of following this calling led to an unraveling of pretty much everything in my life. It was the most incredible and the most painful of journeys.

And the astrological cycle that was the catalyst for me feeling the spark in my body from the universe ends…
