Yeah, it’s revolutionary to love yourself.
To trust yourself.
To hear your intuition.
And have the gumption to follow it.

To love the parts of you that seem too much, not enough or a little crazy.
It’s revolutionary to know you’re the best thing since sliced bread.
Believing you’re sweeter than dripping honey.
To find your curves so delicious you can’t help but touch them.
And everyone around you feels it.
They want a piece of that.

They want some of that self love, body love, being RIGHT with your Self.

So, will you love her ONCE and for ALL? Stop wishing she was different — smaller, less flabby, more muscular, less hairy, less gray, more curvy.

Enough!!!

What is it you want to pass on to your daughters and your sons?
Because I will tell you — they are watching.
They see you judge yourself, weigh yourself, call yourself fat.

You’re teaching them how to BE in this world.
What do you want your legacy to be?

Yeah, you get to choose.
No excuses, no playing small, no wishing it were different.

The here and now, accepting what is.
Can you love her please?

And there’s no time to waste, sweetheart.
