Loving Our Humanity

I recently gained a lot of love and compassion for my own humanity. It’s such a basic teaching and also a necessary reminder.

I am so very HUMAN.

Imperfect. Flawed.

I mess shit up.

I get reactive and hide out.

I can be critical.

I repeat patterns.
